Process
The whole process is managed through our app, for both recurring plans and individual requests.

Once the subscription is active, we indicate when the visits included in the plan will take place and maintain the agreed frequency.
After each visit, we send a summary of what was done and add photos so the family can follow the service from a distance.
For a one-off service, the customer uses the app to specify what is needed, the preferred service days and completes payment before execution.
Campa Care works through monthly plans. Base prices with annual commitment are: Essential EUR35/month, Presence EUR70/month and Memory EUR125/month. Cemetery coverage is confirmed before activation.
Yes. We clean family tombs, permanent gravesites, graves and headstones through the chosen plan or through a one-off individual request.
Yes. The service is designed for families away from home or relatives abroad who need grave care at a distance.
Yes. After the service, we send confirmation and photos of the result.
Yes. We can place natural or artificial flowers depending on availability, preference and cemetery rules.
We use a careful material-aware approach and avoid aggressive products or methods that may damage stone, inscriptions or ornaments.
Yes. The main service is recurring through a monthly plan, with monthly, fortnightly or weekly visits depending on the chosen plan.
We currently work only in the Lisbon region.
