How subscriptions and one-off services work
The whole process is managed through our app, for both recurring plans and individual requests.

The campa.care app keeps every visit in one place.
The app is the right place to create an account, identify the grave, manage requests and see photos after each visit.
Subscriptions: scheduled visits
Once the subscription is active, we indicate when the visits included in the plan will take place and maintain the agreed frequency. In the app Care Schedule, the family can see upcoming planned care.
Subscriptions: summary and photos
After each visit, we send a summary of what was done and add photos so the family can follow the service from a distance.
Shared memories in the app
The memories section lets families keep photos, moments and tributes connected to the grave. Several relatives can have access to the app and contribute to that private memory space.
One-off services through the app
For a one-off service, the customer uses the app to specify what is needed, the preferred service days and completes payment before execution.
How much does grave cleaning cost?
campa.care works through monthly plans. During launch, there is no annual commitment: Essential at EUR 35/month, Presence at EUR 70/month and Memory at EUR 125/month. Cemetery coverage is confirmed before activation.
Do you clean family graves and permanent gravesites?
Yes. We clean family tombs, permanent gravesites, graves and headstones through the chosen plan or through a one-off individual request.
Can I hire the service from abroad?
Yes. The service is designed for families away from home or relatives abroad who need grave care at a distance.
Do you send photos after the visit?
Yes. After the service, we send confirmation and photos of the result.
Can you place flowers?
Yes. We place natural flowers and can renew the arrangement at the desired frequency, depending on availability and cemetery rules.
What products do you use on stone?
We use a careful material-aware approach and avoid aggressive products or methods that may damage stone, inscriptions or ornaments.
Can the service be recurring?
Yes. The main service is recurring through a monthly plan, with monthly, fortnightly or weekly visits depending on the chosen plan.
Which cemeteries do you cover?
We currently work only in the Lisbon region.
